Heal the Root Cause, Not Just the Symptoms.
Mental health struggles often overlap. Whether you are battling the fog of depression, the noise of anxiety, or unresolved trauma, Dr. Prabal uses a multi-modal clinical approach (CBT, Hypnotherapy, DBT) to treat the person, not just the diagnosis.

Comprehensive Clinical Care
We don't rely on a "one-size-fits-all" method. We treat a wide spectrum of psychological challenges using evidence-based protocols.
Depression & Mood Disorders
From chronic low mood (Dysthymia) to Major Depressive Disorder. Moving from hopelessness to functionality.
Anxiety & Panic Disorders
Generalized Anxiety (GAD), Social Anxiety, and Panic Attacks. We help you silence the noise and regain control.
Trauma & PTSD
Safe processing of past emotional wounds using trauma-informed care to stop the flashbacks and emotional triggers.
Personality & Behavioral Issues
Managing emotional regulation, OCD, and interpersonal challenges through structured behavioral therapy.
Evidence-Based Treatment Protocols
The Modalities We Use:
🧠 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): The gold standard for anxiety and depression. We identify and dismantle the negative thought patterns ("cognitive distortions") that keep you stuck.
🛡️ Trauma-Informed Care: A safety-first approach that respects your emotional limits. We process past wounds without re-traumatizing you.
☯️ Integrative Psychotherapy: We combine modern clinical psychology with holistic wellness strategies to treat the mind, body, and spirit as one unit.
🌬️ Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation: Practical techniques to manage panic attacks, reduce stress hormones, and ground yourself in the present moment.
We don't just "talk." We use scientifically validated methods to rewire neural pathways and create lasting behavioral change.
Common Questions About Psychotherapy
Do I need medication?
Not always. As a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Prabal focuses on therapy (talk and behavioral change). For many clients, therapy alone is sufficient. If your condition is severe, we can refer you to a psychiatrist for medication while we continue the therapy.
How long does treatment take?
Therapy is a process, not a pill. While some clients feel relief after 3–4 sessions, deep behavioral change typically requires consistent work over a few months. We set clear goals so you can measure your progress.
Is this strictly confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere to strict clinical ethics. Your sessions, records, and even your attendance are kept 100% private.
The Fog Will Lift. But You Have to Take the First Step.
You don't have to live with the noise forever. Clinical help is available, effective, and ready for you.
